A Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course helps people who want to release stress in their life.
Its about being where you already are:
You will be working with qualities such greater acceptance, trust, letting go, patience and how in expands these qualities in everyday life.
You will be introduced to mindfulness meditation, Hatha yoga, communication and other awareness exercises where you can immerse yourself in the quality of living in the now. During the 8 weeks, you build your own meditation practice, and work on integrating it into your everyday life.
An MBSR course can help you:
- Increase awareness and presence, and the familiar autopilot can take a break
- Be able to handle stress in your life better
- To see your possibilities in life rather than the limitations
- Make more conscious decisions in tune with where you are in life
To benefit fully from the course you will be asked to work with mindfulness a total of 45-60 min. a day. It consists of different exercises, and will vary from week to week.

The perfect moment when life gives you 8 weeks without other commitments, is rare. It may require a conscious decision to take the time to herself. I recommend if you do not have any experience with mindfulness meditation, to contact me first. That way you do not invest money and time into something not quite right.
